For multiple members from a single community, a $75.00 surcharge per person will be applied for single rooms.

CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 administrative fee. 

Cancellations received after May 31, 2024…

• will not receive a refund

• may send an alternate participant from their organization

• may apply the funds to a future symposium

Special consideration regarding funds may be given in serious, unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the planning team of the Benedictine Development Symposium
